Today, I'd like to send a message out to those that need it the most. Living with depression and finding yourself having suicidal thoughts is something that we need to talk about in a much more open way, as there are so many people that need to talk but have no one to communicate about what's going on inside their head.
This video is a reminder that even though so many of us deal with these struggles, we need to come together and be part of the solution. Always ask those around you if they are truly okay. If you feel as though you have no one to talk to, I would strongly advise to see a therapist or call a service such as Lifeline or Beyond Blue. I want you to know that you're valuable, you're worthy, and you deserve to be here.
